Fee Schedule

General Notary Services Fee
State-Regulated Notary fee $15.00 per document
Standard Travel fee (within a 10-mile radius from Zip Code 80013) $35.00 + 2.00 per additional mile
Priority Rush Service fee (Same Day – within 2 hours) $30.00 + Standard Travel fee
Photocopies (Letter-size documents) $0.25 per page
Photocopies (Legal-size documents) $0.50 per page
Wait time $15.00 per 15 minutes after a 15-minute grace period
Parking fee will be added to invoice if applicable
I-9 Employment Verification $65.00

All fees will be itemized and agreed upon before the scheduled appointment.

  • Credit Card via Tap-to-pay (Visa, Mastercard & American Express) 

  • Online payment via a link

  • Check payment

  • Cash payment (exact amount only)

Payment Terms & Conditions

Payment Due Date: All fees are due at the time of service unless otherwise specified or agreed upon.

Late Fee: A $25.00 late fee will be applied to invoices that remain unpaid more than 72 hours after service is rendered.

Credit Card Surcharge: An additional 2.0% processing fee applies to all credit card payments.

Returned Checks: If a check payment bounces, a $20.00 non-sufficient funds (NSF) fee will be charged

Cash Payments: If paying with cash, please have the exact amount available at signing, as the Notary does not carry change due to mobile safety reasons.
